From Home to Hacienda

Casa Blanca isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a piece of Ruidoso history. Originally built in the 1950s as one of the first homes on Mechem Drive, our cozy hacienda was transformed into a restaurant in 1983. Over the years, it has grown, evolved, and welcomed generations of guests — all while keeping its signature warmth and charm.

Real New Mexican Flavor, Made with Heart

We’re proud to serve the bold, authentic flavors of Southern New Mexico, made from scratch with love. Whether it’s our famous green chile strips, fire-roasted enchiladas, sizzling fajitas, or house margaritas, every dish at Casa Blanca is rooted in tradition — and served with a smile.
